Mimic Sentinel

In the third movie of this franchise from director J.T. Petty, Karl Geary stars as as Marvin Montrose, whose allergies confine him to his dingy apartment, where he lives with his mom and sister. He has an odd hobby of snooping on his neighbors in the next building with his camera. As neighbors begin disappearing and mysterious figures move in and out of Marvin’s viewfinder, the secluded voyeur begins to suspect that a sinister force is at work in his neighborhood.
